Our predecessor (Villa Victoria and Luxury Vila ) has been serving our clients since 1993. We pride ourselves in serving ambulatory adults from ages 18 to 59 years old, with challenging mental issue/illness. Villa Victoria and Luxury Vila started as a six (6) licensed beds facility by Community Care Licensing, and today has grown to a larger facility within this community.
Villa Victoria and Luxury Vila addresses the issues of lack of adequate housing and builds trust, partnership, and supporting choices for our clients.
Villa Victoria and Luxury Vila has been recognized and has received numerous commendations by many qualified service agencies, hospitals, case managers, social workers, conservators, and representatives payee office for the care and therapeutic services provided by the culturally diverse and sign-language competent staff. We are successful in the promotion of independence and growth.

Mr. Cyril Inneh BS, BA, Administrator
CEO/President Mr Cyril Inneh specializes in program development and planning, as well as operations management of all facilities and programs under The Vilas' care. He has been a Licensed Administrator for over 3 years. He has a wealth of experience in patient assessment and maintaining facility calmness for over 8 years. He manages financial planning and overseeing budgetary operations for all Vila's company. He has great experience in communication with clients, team members and acquaintances. He educates our clients/staffs on how to manage their resources through quality compassionate care and advocates the rights of our clients. |

Mr. Mandawe specializes in operations, staff/client’s training and development, quality improvement, and outcomes management. He has been a Licensed Administrator for over 12 years. He has experience in acute nursing for both critically ill and non-critically patients, skilled nursing care, and psychiatric care. He brings a wealth of knowledge in patient assessment, money management, specializing in planning, development, and operations management of facilities and programs. He has a wealth of experience in building projects; maintaining facilities world-wide and he had his own business for over 30 years before coming to work for CNBA. |
